Added HWID code for Windows 11 IoTEnterpriseSK edition

To avoid errors caused by unsupported Windows regions, the HWID script is changed to US and back.

The HWID script will remove the IdentityCRL registry key to fix issues caused by changed hardware codes. Thanks @awuctl

The KMS38 script will apply by default for KMS38 protection. The PowerShell code for this script has been simplified.

ClipUp.exe for the Server version of CorAcor has also been removed from the separate file version. Users will need to follow this procedure with KMS38 to activate.

The script will enable Windows Script Host if it is disabled.

Added additional checks to find the cause of activation failures.
